Rubber coated cone conveying roller
Classification of Cots
It can be divided into papermaking cots, printing cots, printing cots, rice husking cots, metallurgical cots and oil printing cots;
According to the surface morphology, it can be divided into flat roller and patterned rubber roller;
According to the material can be divided into: butyl cots, nitrile cots, polyurethane cots and silicone rubber cots.
Cots are generally composed of outer rubber layer, hard rubber layer, metal core, roll neck and air vent. Its processing includes sand blasting of roll core, bonding treatment, gluing forming, cloth wrapping, wire winding, curing in vulcanizing tank and surface processing. Cots are mainly used in papermaking, printing and dyeing, printing, grain processing, metallurgy, plastic processing, etc.
matters needing attention
*Printing cots in the offset press is mainly to transfer ink. Therefore, the daily cleaning cots should be carefully cleaned, otherwise the cots surface layer and pigment, resin easily oxidized to form a smooth and hard film, resulting in surface vitrification and affect the ink transfer. If it is not cleaned regularly, the surface of COTS will be uneven for a long time, which will affect the use. Therefore, the cots should be cleaned and put aside when the machine is stopped.
*In offset printing operation, due to the “water big ink big” ink emulsification, in the smooth cot on the formation of a hydrophilic base, make it deinking. The solution is to shovel off the emulsified ink, wash the deinking Cots with gasoline, grind them with 5% sodium hydroxide solution and pumice powder, and treat the metal roll (or hard roll) accordingly. Hard roll can also be in the state of water sprinkling, with fine water sand grinding, pay attention not to stay in the same position, otherwise it will damage the cots. The fundamental way is to control the pH value of the bucket liquid and do a good job of ink balance.
*Cots used too long aging, coupled with chemical erosion, resulting in rotten glue off “slag”, such cots do not use, or seriously affect the quality of printing.
*In order to ensure that the production and printing quality are not affected, there are spare ink rollers, but do not store too much to avoid aging. The storage environment of COTS is the same as blanket. In addition, cots should be in a straight frame at the journal, and the surface should not contact with each other or other objects, so as to avoid cots deformation.
*Cots should not be stored near large motors and generators. Because a lot of ozone produced by these equipment will make the surface of COTS aging and cracking.
*When the weather is cold, the ink is uneven, you can add auxiliary materials in the ink properly. It is forbidden to bake the ink Cots with infrared heater and other equipment to prevent the cots from oxidation.
